We love doing tons of different craft projects. My daughter fell in love with some glitter pens that a friend gave her, so when I saw these glittery glue pens, I knew that they would be a hit! Kraft Glitter Glue Pens are the perfect size to fit in her hand and easily puts colorful glitter where you want it to go. Our crafts have the sparkle and glow of bright glitter without all of the glittery mess on the floor!
One problem that we had with these pens is that the glittery glue is hard to get out of the pens. My daughter is developmentally delayed and her fine motor skills are not up to her age level, but other kids were unable to get the glittery glue out of the pen either! I had to help them. Unlike a regular pen that just writes after the cap is removed, these glitter pens have to be squeezed hard to get anything out of them. It was difficult for me to squeeze the ends of it down when there was just a little left.
All in all, we love the ease and un-wasteful use of glitter in this product. Other glitter can easily be spilled or wasted. This glitter glue pen works well for putting glitter exactly where you want it. It was easy not to use too much in one spot. The colors are bright and have tons of sparkly glitter in each glue drop. It dried quickly within minutes and we were able to hang it up on the wall quickly, unlike regular glue and glitter separately! Great idea to put glitter and glue in a pen to minimize mess!
We loved decorating a stocking for Christmas with various colors of Kraft Glitter Glue Pens; it was much easier to do with the glitter pens than usual! My daughter gives them 5-stars even with the frustration that she cannot squeeze the glitter glue out of the pens. She says that they are "pretty" and make wonderful pictures.
There are 12 colors to this set: eggplant purple, pumpkin orange, golden gold, lime green, navy blue, fairy pink, shimmery silver, pea green, teal blue, baby blue, wood brown, and another brownish color that is a lighter brown. Enough colors for any season or holiday or craft!
What a fabulous idea! Glitter glue pens are mess-free, quick to dry, and all the kids love it!
